Frequently Asked Questions
What comes with my keepsake kit?
Your kit includes the picture frame, impression clay, a wooden roller, gold paint and detail paintbrushes.
Just prepare your favourite baby photographs to complete your display.
What should I know before making the prints?
Read the included instructions and material safety guidance before starting. Have an adult support your baby and gently guide their hand or foot onto the prepared clay.
Keep clay, paint and small parts away from their mouth, and wash their hands and feet afterwards.
Can I try again if my baby moves?
Yes. While the clay is still soft and workable, smooth it out and take another impression following the kit instructions.
Have everything ready beforehand and choose a calm moment when your baby is comfortable and relaxed.
How much time should I set aside?
Set aside a little time to prepare the clay and capture the impressions without rushing.
The clay will then need to air-dry completely for the time specified in your kit instructions before you paint and assemble the finished frame.
How do I know if my child's prints will fit?
Measure your child's hand and foot, then compare them with the impression area dimensions in the product details before ordering.
The best fit depends on the size of their hands and feet rather than their age alone.
Can I add my own baby photos?
Absolutely. Choose two favourite photographs and print them to fit the photo openings in your frame.
Pair a newborn photo with their first smile, or choose two moments you would love to see every day.
Who is this keepsake a lovely gift for?
It is a thoughtful choice for new parents, baby showers and family milestones.
You can also create the finished keepsake as a personal gift for grandparents, with little prints and photographs they can treasure.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 3 days for order processing.
During holiday periods, shipping takes an estimated 7 to 10 business days after processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
What Parents Are Saying
Kept putting off doing something like this and finally made it while my daughter was having a calm morning. Looking at her little footprint in the frame makes me so happy.
The gold finish is such a lovely touch. I chose two photos from his first month and put the finished frame on our living room shelf. It looks beautiful there.
Bought this for my niece after she had her baby. We spent an afternoon making it together, which honestly made the gift even more special.
My daughter made one with my grandson and gave it to me. Best thing on my mantelpiece. I stop and look at it every single day.
We needed a second attempt at the hand because he curled his fingers up the first time. Got there eventually! The little creases in his footprint are my favourite part.
I have hundreds of baby pictures on my phone, but having something I can actually put on a shelf feels different. Really pleased we made this.
My husband helped with the prints and I picked the photos. Such a nice little project to do together after all the busy newborn days.
Wish I had done this when my oldest was a baby. Made sure to capture our youngest this time. You really do forget how small their feet were.
Finished ours at the weekend and it fits perfectly with the nursery. Spent longer choosing which photos to use than anything else!
Love seeing her actual little handprint next to her photos. It feels so personal. Already know this is something I'll keep long after she's grown up.
I was nervous about getting the prints right because I'm not crafty at all. Took our time with it and I'm really happy with how the frame turned out.
We used a photo from the day we brought him home and another of his first proper smile. Seeing them beside his tiny prints gets me every time.
Gave this to my daughter at her baby shower. She's now sent me a picture of the finished frame with my granddaughter's prints. Such a lovely thing to have.
Ours isn't absolutely perfect, but that's what I love about it. We made it ourselves with our little boy and it brings back that afternoon whenever I see it.
